Welcome to Reiki by Theresa! I am passionate about holistic wellness professionals dedicated to helping you achieve optimal well-being. My personalized reiki healing sessions are designed to promote relaxation and restore balance to your body and mind.

I have worked as a massage therapist and a physical therapist assistant for most of my career and am passionate about holistic wellness. I am a level 2 Reiki practitioner. I received my Level 1 Reiki in 1991 and my level 2 Reiki in 1997. My goal is to receive Master level Reiki in the near future.

My personalized distant Reiki healing sessions are designed to promote relaxation, restore balance, and optimize your health and wellness. Reiki energy is uplifting, and comforting restorative to your body, mind and spirit and can be enjoyed by people of any age or health condition. It can bring a sense of calm and inner peace during a time of stress.

While an excellent treatment on its own, Reiki can be used as a complement to traditional medicine. My clients have experienced successfully pairing of Reiki with medical treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation to minimize the side effects and maximize recovery potential. I have done Reiki for those in preparation for surgery, during surgery and recovering after surgery. Reiki has been known to assist in improved blood pressure levels during surgery, reduce stress, reduce pain and improve recovery time post surgery. Reiki can also bring comfort to those in palliative care. Reiki is perfectly suited to so many health and wellness needs. Reiki can do no harm. It can, however, elevate our natural energy to its optimal level. Having our bodies working at their optimal level, promotes our body’s innate healing to work at its highest level.

Please note:

Reiki being sent during time specific events that the Reiki recipient will not be available by phone for should be scheduled over the phone with Theresa, rather than on the website.
Each session is unique to the Reiki recipient. No two sessions are exactly alike. The Reiki energy responds to the individual’s needs at that current time. I cannot guarantee any specific outcome as the Reiki works with the recipients for their highest good. As a channel for Reiki, do my due diligence to hold sacred space for the recipient and to be the best Reiki channel I can be for each individual I work with.

With over 20 years of combined experience as a former physical therapy aid, physical therapy assistant, and massage therapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.
